Lahaina Shores Beach Resort is a beachfront condo on the edge of Downtown Lahaina. You will be staying in my studio condominium. You will be steps from the pool, hot tub, and beach. The studio has recently been remodeled with a beautiful, modern interior. In the kitchen, you'll find some standard kitchen gear, a classic coffee maker, a cold brew coffee maker, a tea kettle, a wine opener, Brita filtered water, and all the standard cooking gear and cutlery needed. The bed is a comfortable King Size Bed with four pillows. There is an indoor coffee table, which is a great place to do some work on your laptop if you need to. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the West Maui Mountains.

Please take your shoes off as soon as you enter. If you accumulate a decent amount of trash during your stay, please take the trash out during your stay so that it doesn’t attract bugs. Please don't put the wine glasses in the dishwasher. They are quite fragile and we can just wash them by hand. Drone use it not permitted on the property. Please acknowledge that check-out is at 11am. Unless previously agreed upon, you must check out by 11am on the date you are scheduled to check out. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to charge up to an additional night’s pay as it may prevent the next guest from checking in on time and may incur more fees for my service providers.

Lahaina Town is in a state of rebuilding from the 2023 Hawaii wildfires. There is construction around us, there are empty lots. Many of the cultural monuments need to be rebuilt. Many of the restaurants are gone. There are much fewer walkable amenities. If you need everything around you to be polished, convenient, and easily walkable, then it might be best to wait. That being said, there is still much to appreciate here. There is a calmness and tranquility to the current void, particularly when it comes to nature. The trees, the flowers, the animals, the waves: nature continues to offer its steady presence. Additionally, there is a part of Lahaina Town just a few minutes drive away that has thriving restaurants, the Old Lahaina Luau, two grocery stores, and more. I will do my best to serve as a good guide for what you are able to take advantage of. Pricing has broken out line items for taxes (there will be no additional tax payment besides what you pay here on Airbnb): 10.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax, 4.712 % Hawaii General Excise Tax, and the 3% Maui County Transient Accommodations Tax. There is a parking fee of $15.00 per day that must be paid to the front desk if you park a car. Additionally, due to the fire, some of the parking my be off-site (you'll be able to offload your luggage before parking about a block away). There will also be a $200 security deposit required by the front desk, which can either be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or cash. If paid by credit card, this will simply be an authorization hold. You will need to sign a small form for this deposit.
